The table below provides an overview of the property-related capital expenditure made by the company throughout the fiscal year.

In the “acquisitions” category, the previous year was largely characterized by the conwert acquisition. In 2018, the main impact came from the BUWOG and Victoria Park takeovers.

Development considerably increased, due in part to the takeover of BUWOG. The increase in investments in the existing portfolio from € 771.8 million in 2017 to € 1,006.0 million in 2018 reflects our move to step up our modernization program.
