Vonovia’s net asset value figures are based on the best practice recommendations of the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association).

At the end of the first half of 2021, the EPRA NTA came to € 39,373.2 million, up by 10.9% on the value of € 35,488.6 million seen at the end of 2020. EPRA NTA develops in line with the increase in total equity. EPRA NTA per share increased from € 62.71 at the end of 2020 to € 68.44 at the end of the first half of 2021.
