Income from disposal of properties (Development) amounting to € 191.7 million (first half of 2020: € 107.5 million) comprises € 187.0 million (first half of 2020: € 74.5 million) in period-related income from the disposal of properties together with € 4.7 million (first half of 2020: € 33.0 million) in time-related income from the disposal of properties.
